Terms of Service / AGB

1. Provider / who we are

These Terms govern your use of the Y7Signals website and software (Y7Signals). Operator: Jehan Seneviratne, Sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) — software seller, Austria. Contact: contact@y7signals.com. VAT ID (UID) — to be shown when VAT-registered / if required. Gewerbe: Services in automatic data processing and information technology. Product: Y7Signals — software subscription that displays general algorithmic crypto market signals (no trade execution).

2. Software only — no financial services

Y7Signals sells software that displays general algorithmic market signals and related information for selected crypto-asset pairs (currently BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP and ADA against USDT). A signal may include a potential entry, estimated take-profit and estimated stop-loss levels.

We are not a financial advisor, broker, exchange, portfolio manager, CASP under MiCA (EU) 2023/1114, or an FMA-authorised investment firm under WAG 2018. No trading, order transmission or custody takes place on this website. We do not provide personalised investment advice.

3. Subject matter / subscription

Contract object: access to the signals panel (charts, potential entry / TP / SL, session and news context) while an active paid subscription exists (indicatively €229 / month for Y7Signals Pro; final price at checkout). Panel access activates after successful payment (or operator grant). Complimentary operator access is not a public free tier and may be revoked.

4. Real first and last name (mandatory)

When you register and when you purchase, you must enter your real legal first name and real legal last name. Your typed name is your electronic signature for acceptance of these Terms / AGB and related confirmations.

If we discover that you used a false, incomplete or misleading name, we may suspend or permanently close your account without refund, without prejudice to other remedies. Providing false identity data is a material breach of contract.

5. Immediate access, FAGG withdrawal and no refunds

For consumers in the EU/EEA, digital content normally carries a 14-day withdrawal right. At checkout you must expressly request immediate panel access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access begins (Austrian FAGG).

No refunds. After you request immediate access and payment succeeds, fees are non-refundable, including if you change your mind, stop using the software, or are dissatisfied with signals. Details: our Refund Policy.

6. Availability, downtime and force majeure

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, market data or signals. Outages may result from maintenance, third-party APIs, hosting, internet failures, cyber incidents, or causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural events, war, strikes, official orders, energy or network failures.

No refund entitlement arises from downtime or force majeure. We may, at our sole discretion (ohne Rechtspflicht), offer goodwill compensation (e.g. extended access) if a prolonged outage is clearly our fault — we will try to treat customers fairly, but we are not obliged to do so.

7. Risk and no advice

Crypto-asset trading involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss. Signals may be wrong, delayed or incomplete. See our Risk Disclaimer. You trade only on external platforms at your own risk.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misrepresent Y7Signals as a broker or regulated investment service; redistribute signals commercially without permission; reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our systems; or use the service unlawfully.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Austrian mandatory law, Y7Signals and Jehan Seneviratne are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages from use of the software. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Privacy, related documents, changes

Privacy: Privacy Policy. Also: Risk Disclaimer, Refund Policy, Legal Notice / Impressum. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a revised version date.
