2. Data we process. Account data (email, password hash via auth provider, real first/last name for legal acceptance, subscription status); legal acceptance records (timestamps, versions, signature, PDFs); usage/logs (IP, browser, panel settings); payment data via Stripe when enabled (we do not store full card numbers), including whether the subscription is monthly or yearly and when the paid period ends. We do not require exchange API keys. You can cancel a Yearly package, but cancellation only stops the next year. The year already paid cannot be refunded. Access lasts until the end of that paid year.
3. Purposes / legal bases. Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal acceptance records (Art. 6(1)(b)/(c)); security (Art. 6(1)(f)); legal obligations e.g. tax (Art. 6(1)(c)). Google Ads measurement runs only after you accept the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Processors. Supabase (auth/database), hosting (e.g. Vercel), email for operator PDF copies (e.g. Resend when configured), Stripe when checkout is live, public market-data APIs (no personal data sent), Google Ireland / Google Ads for ad measurement when you accept the cookie notice.
5. Retention. Account data for the subscription period, then deletion/anonymisation unless longer retention is required by law (e.g. tax — typically seven years for invoices and related evidence).
6. Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; complaint to the Austrian DSB (dsb.gv.at). Contact contact@y7signals.com.
7. Cookies. Essential auth/session cookies stay on so you can log in. Google advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Rejecting them does not block the site.

Kontodaten (E-Mail, Passwort-Hash, echter Vor-/Nachname für Rechtsannahme, Abostatus); Annahmeprotokolle (Zeitstempel, Versionen, Signatur, PDFs); Nutzungs-/Logdaten; Zahlungsdaten über Stripe (keine vollständigen Kartendaten bei uns), einschließlich ob das Abo monatlich oder jährlich ist und wann der bezahlte Zeitraum endet. Keine Exchange-API-Keys erforderlich. Ein Jahrespaket können Sie kündigen, die Kündigung stoppt aber erst das nächste Jahr. Das bereits bezahlte Jahr kann nicht erstattet werden. Der Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende dieses bezahlten Jahres bestehen.
3. Zwecke / Rechtsgrundlagen. Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO); Nachweis/Compliance (lit. b/c); Sicherheit (lit. f); gesetzliche Pflichten (lit. c). Google-Ads-Messung nur nach Zustimmung im Cookie-Hinweis (lit. a).
4. Auftragsverarbeiter. Supabase, Hosting (z. B. Vercel), E-Mail (z. B. Resend), Stripe, öffentliche Marktdaten-APIs, Google Ireland / Google Ads für die Anzeigenmessung, wenn Sie dem Cookie-Hinweis zustimmen.
5. Speicherdauer. Während des Abos, danach Löschung/Anonymisierung, soweit keine längere gesetzliche Aufbewahrung (z. B. Steuer — typisch sieben Jahre).
6. Ihre Rechte. Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch; Beschwerde bei der DSB (dsb.gv.at).
